Terms of Use

1. Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of TallPro: Height Predictor (Virginia, USA) ("TallPro", "we", "us"). By downloading or using TallPro, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms apply where the law allows.

2. Who can use TallPro

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian, and they agree to them on your behalf, including for any purchases.

3. Health information: please read

• Not medical advice. TallPro provides general information about training, nutrition and sleep. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
• Predictions are estimates. Height predictions come from published growth research and the answers you give. Everyone grows differently and results vary, so we don't promise a specific height gain.
• Exercise safely. Stop if something hurts, and follow the easier versions if you need to. Talk to a doctor before starting if you have an injury or health condition.
• Food guidance is general. Nutrition values are estimates. If you have allergies, always check ingredients yourself. Talk to a doctor or dietitian for personal advice.
• If you're worried about your growth, puberty, weight, eating or mood, talk to a parent or guardian and a doctor.

4. AI features

Apex and the food scanner use artificial intelligence. AI answers can be incomplete or wrong, so use your judgment and don't rely on them for medical decisions. Don't enter personal details like your full name, address, school or phone number in chats. Daily fair-use limits apply.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• TallPro offers auto-renewing subscriptions (for example weekly, monthly and yearly) and a one-time purchase to unlock your report. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, you'll be charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your data does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Using TallPro fairly

You agree not to misuse the app. That means you won't break the law with it, try to access other people's data, overload or attack our servers, get around usage limits, copy or resell the app or its content, or use the AI features to create harmful content. We may suspend access to features if you do.

7. Our content

TallPro, including its design, text, exercise plans, meal plans, animations and code, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple devices for your own use. Meal photo credits are listed in the app.

8. Changes to the app

We may update, change or stop features. If we stop TallPro entirely, we'll give reasonable notice where possible.

9. Disclaimers and liability

TallPro is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't guarantee that the app will be error-free or that any result (including any height outcome) will be achieved, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for TallPro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived, or liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using TallPro anytime and delete your data in the app. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously break these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, and applicable US federal law. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer protections, you keep the protections of the laws where you live and can bring claims in your local courts.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. If we make important changes, we'll tell you in the app, and continuing to use TallPro means you accept them. Questions: support@tallpro.app.
